Cultural Partners

Lambeth is extremely well served by creative and cultural organisations. In addition to the national organisations along the South Bank, the borough has a wealth of smaller organisations covering everything from music, performing/visual arts to gaming and software design. Many of these organisations have a long history of developing programmes for young people and offering experiences, resources, outreach visits and innovative projects for schools. Most organisations have dedicated education officers who are always delighted to hear from keen schools.

If you would like to sign up to our monthly arts e-bulletin, which will list up to date information and offers for Lambeth schools, please email your name, school, email address and telephone number to arts@lambethclc.org.uk.

"Dear Miss Skinner, Thank you for inviting us to the National Theatre to watch people do storytelling. It was fabulous! I loved it. The green man was funny and the buffalo woman was fantastic. I enjoyed the buffalo woman because her story telling was brilliant, the music and dancing was super and we took part. The instruments they played were amazing because I haven't seen an African instrument before. I also enjoyed the green man and loved the way they made us take part in the singing. I hope we come back to see your lovely performance."
